Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 June 2026
GreyBrain Pulse is a daily AI briefing for clinicians, operated by GreyBrain School of AI (“GreyBrain”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Contact details — your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, or Telegram handle, when you tap “I’m interested”, subscribe to the briefing, or message us.
- Your messages — what you send us on WhatsApp or Telegram, so we can respond.
We do not ask for or process patient data, and you should never send it to us.
How we use it
- To send you the daily AI briefing and updates you opted into.
- To tell you about upcoming courses and answer your interest.
- That’s it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Messaging (WhatsApp & Telegram)
If you opt in, we send the daily briefing via WhatsApp (using the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta) and/or Telegram. You can stop anytime — reply STOP on WhatsApp, or leave the Telegram channel. We message you only on channels you opted into.
Where your data lives
We store contact and interest records in Google Firebase (Firestore). Messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and Telegram. The site is hosted on Vercel. Public AI-model information shown on the site comes from Hugging Face. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.
Retention & your choices
We keep your details only as long as needed to stay in touch about the briefing and courses. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and we will do so promptly.
Contact & data deletion
To opt out, request your data, or have it deleted, email satish.rath@gmail.com with the subject “Data request”. We will action it within a reasonable time.
