THE CURRICULUM

Built the way medicine is taught.
Not the way software is sold.

Anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology — a structure you already know how to read. Seven foundation modules take you from never having used a model to knowing when to distrust one. What comes after is applied work in your own field.

STAGE 01

Foundations: F0 to F6

Free to read, in any order you like, though they build. F0 is one small task and how to check what it gave you — most doctors finish it in a single sitting between cases.

  1. F0Day 0Your First Win
  2. F1AnatomyAnatomy of an LLM
  3. F2PhysiologyHow the Model Functions
  4. F3PathologyHow the Model Fails
  5. F4PharmacologyThe Model Formulary
  6. F5Forensic & Community MedicineLaw, Ethics and the Indian Landscape
  7. F6Intelligence ScienceFrom Synapse to Silicon: the Science of Intelligence

F0: Start with a small task and learn to check the result. F1: Understand the model, its context and the limits of what it knows. F2: Frame a task, provide context and refine the response. F3: Recognise hallucination, bias and convincing mistakes. F4: Choose a model for the task and understand the trade-offs. F5: Examine privacy, responsibility and the context of use. F6: Connect medicine’s understanding of intelligence with AI.

STAGE 02

Applied programmes

Finish the foundations, then choose one path, combine two, or take all three. Learn alongside a cohort, your colleagues, or your whole department.

  • The many-hatted doctor

    Your AI workspace

Build a practical workflow across AI assistants for studying, organising and communicating.

  • The communicator & entrepreneur

    Your website & digital presence

Create a website, presentations and useful content with a consistent professional voice.

  • The clinician-scientist

    Research & paper writing

Develop a source-checked research workflow, from literature review to a carefully reviewed manuscript.

Applied programmes are scoped to the group and quoted individually; there is no standard price at this level. Dates and any personal or group offer appear inside eligible learner accounts. Delivered through Fermion; full teaching materials stay inside the programme.

THE METHOD

Bring your medical standards to GenAI

You already know the value of disciplined training. Bring that same care to the way you use AI: evidence, uncertainty, privacy and accountability.

  • 01 / EVIDENCE

    Trace the claim.

Open the original source. Check whether it supports the answer. Separate an observation from a conclusion.

  • 02 / JUDGEMENT

    Find the limits.

Ask what is missing, where bias may enter and what the model cannot establish. Make uncertainty visible.

  • 03 / RESPONSIBILITY

    Protect the person.

Practise with synthetic material. Keep identifiable patient information out of public AI tools and learning submissions.

  • 04 / DEMONSTRATION

    Explain your work.

Keep your inputs, checks and revisions. Be able to explain why you accepted, changed or rejected an output.

From practice to something you can show

  1. 01Learn & practise

Understand the method. Make an output.

  2. 02Submit & refine

Show your reasoning. Work through feedback.

  3. 03Demonstrate & earn

Complete the required assessment and review.

Certificate, capstone, Q&A and review requirements depend on the programme and are confirmed before enrolment. A course certificate recognises learning; it does not confer a clinical licence or specialist accreditation.

Review modules, access and support before enrolment. Starter and certificate entitlements differ. This is professional learning, not a clinical specialty qualification.

STAGE 04

The certificate

The IIHMR Bangalore certificate programme is conducted by IIHMR Bangalore and involves assessed progression: self-paced foundations, private capstone work, and an exam. Eligibility and programme terms apply.

The free lessons and the ₹1,000 entry course are GreyBrain professional learning and are not themselves accredited. Nothing here carries NMC recognition or CME credit.
