Six months of appointments, read properly
The organizer · What’s advancing · F0
Where demand actually is, what cancellations have in common, and three changes with a way to measure each.
Why this matters for your role
A faculty discussion: which parts of learning should AI support, and which must students demonstrate independently?
Your worked example
Synthetic faculty meeting notes: Asha will draft the teaching timetable by Friday. Ravi will check room availability. The next meeting date and the room-check deadline were not agreed.
Put it into practice
Create an action table with owner, task and deadline. Mark missing details “not stated”. Draft a follow-up email for human review; do not send it or invent dates.

Six months of appointments, read properly
Where demand actually is, what cancellations have in common, and three changes with a way to measure each.
Turn my appointment records into an operations review. This is a practice exercise using de-identified data. Here is the data: [PASTE DE-IDENTIFIED APPOINTMENT DATA — date, time, type, duration, outcome. No names.] Do this in order: 1. Tell me what is wrong with the data before analysing it: gaps, inconsistent categories, impossible durations. 2. Show me demand by day and hour, and where it collides with the hours I actually offer. 3. Find the pattern in cancellations and no-shows — by day, by slot, by appointment type. 4. Model what changes if I move, add or remove one session, stating every assumption you are making. 5. Give me the three operational changes with the best effect for the least disruption, and what I should measure for a month to know whether each worked. Do not estimate a missing value. Missing stays missing. End with a short section titled "Your check" listing what I must verify myself before using any of this.
Synthetic practice example. Run it as-is and check the output against the supplied facts.
Your check
The model runs on assumptions it has stated — read those first. Verify one week of counts by hand before you move a single session.
De-identified operational data only. Remove patient names, numbers and anything identifying before pasting.
